What can I do if my GIFTO is lost, stolen or misplaced?

GIFTO cards are digital only and are accessed through your GIFTO account and mobile wallet. There is no physical card. 
 

If your device is lost or stolen, or you believe your GIFTO account or wallet has been compromised, you should: 

  • Secure your device using Apple or Google security tools (such as locking or remote wipe) 
  • Change your GIFTO account password 
  • Contact GIFTO support as soon as possible 

You are responsible for keeping your device, wallet, and GIFTO account secure.
